He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and actively contributes to the industry through his involvement in professional associations.
Donna Chen, Founder & President of Keystone Intelligence Inc., is a specialist in the Taiwan asset management industry. Established in 2009, her firm provides unique market research and financial advisory services to both international and domestic financial institutions. Donna possesses a proven track record in strategy, negotiation, and cross-border M&A, with a strong understanding of fund marketing and product development. Her industry recognition includes the "Year 2003 Golden Goblet Award for Outstanding Expertise in Securities Investment Trust within the ROC" and a columnist position for Asia Asset Management Magazine. Donna's extensive experience in financial product design and marketing, including leading the launch of the first ETF, principal guaranteed fund, and index fund in Taiwan, brings valuable insights to the judging panel.

Prior to his retirement, Herman served as the Executive Director of the Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme, one of Hong Kong's largest. His expertise encompasses both front and back-office operations, with extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury, and asset management. Herman is a highly respected figure within the pension industry, known for his contributions at various investment forums and dialogues with leading fund managers globally.
